Revenue Flow provides AI-assisted messaging, lead engagement, qualification, automated follow-ups, scheduling link delivery, and dashboard tools for service-based businesses including detailing, moving, cleaning, catering, and other industries.

We act as a communication platform between businesses and their prospective customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Business User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Comply with applicable SMS and email laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Honor customer opt-out requests
  • Maintain account security
  • Use the platform lawfully

4. Automated Communications

Our platform may send automated SMS or email messages in response to customer inquiries and follow-up workflows.

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable communications regulations.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI workflows, branding, and content are owned by Revenue Flow. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revenue Flow is not responsible for the quality, performance, or outcome of services provided by businesses using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
